1. Different sealing performance
The coverage area of partial lamination backsheet film is relatively small, usually only coating a part of the non-woven surface, so the sealing performance of the entire product is relatively poor. The full lamination film adopts a more comprehensive covering method, which can cover the entire surface of the non-woven fabric, thereby improving the sealing performance of the product.
2. Different breathability performance
Due to the fact that center lamination backsheet film is only partially coated with a thin film on the surface, the overall breathability of the product is good, making it more suitable for producing products that require breathability. However, full lamination film back sheet has relatively poor breathability and is only suitable for producing products that require good sealing performance.
3. Different costs
Due to the need to cover the entire surface of non-woven fabric with full film, its production cost is relatively high. However, center lamination backsheet film is relatively cheaper because only a portion of the surface needs to be coated. Therefore, when it is necessary to produce low-cost non-woven fabric products, semi film coating technology is generally used.
