Laminated PE backsheet coating film is composed of plastic particles and paper composite. Coating lamination film materials can effectively prevent grease from penetrating and keep diapers dry. Also, it can prevent moisture infiltration to a certain extent and keep diapers dry. In addition, clothlike coated backsheet film can be heat sealed under specific conditions, facilitating processing and assembly during the production process.

Product Application

Factory Workshop
The production process of film coating mainly includes the following steps:
Mix high-density polyethylene particles, moisture-proof agents, colorants, carbon black and other raw materials in appropriate proportions, stir evenly, and then feed them into the material bin. The polyethylene particles and other raw materials are heated and melted into a fluid state through an extruder. Through compression, the geomembrane flows out in a narrow slit of appropriate width, and is cooled and formed by a cooling roller with added cooling agent.
