Thermal bond nonwoven used in baby diaper is mainly used as the topsheet material in diapers. Its soft and skin-friendly properties allow it to directly contact the baby's skin, providing good comfort. At the same time, its good hydrophilicity and hygroscopicity can quickly absorb and disperse urine, keep the skin dry, and effectively prevent skin problems such as diaper rash. In addition, diaper thermal bond nonwoven also has a certain degree of breathability, which helps to discharge hot and humid air, avoid skin discomfort and bacterial growth, and provide all-round care for the baby.

Factory Workshop

The production process of thermal bond hydrophilic nonwoven fabric includes raw material processing, mixed fiber opening and combing, pre-wetting hydroentanglement reinforcement, hot air drying and shaping, and dot pattern hot rolling. Among them, the raw materials are mixed and loosened after pretreatment, and then hydroentangled and reinforced after combing into a fiber web and sprayed with softener. After hot air drying, the fibers are melted and combined by a thermal bond machine at high temperature and high pressure to form a thermal bond nonwoven fabric with a dot pattern, skin-friendly, soft and flame-retardant.
