The Production Process of SMMS Non Woven Fabrics

The production process of SMMS non woven fabrics mainly includes the following steps:

1.Production of spunbond layer and meltblown layer: Firstly, the spunbond layer and meltblown layer are produced separately through the spunbond method and meltblown method. The spunbond layer is composed of continuous filaments, which have good fracture strength and elongation; The melt blown layer is composed of continuous ultra fine fibers, which have good barrier effects on moisture, bacteria, dust, etc.

2.Online Composite: On the same production line, the first layer of fiber web is formed by spraying long fibers from the spunbond spinneret, then the second layer of fiber web is formed by the melt blown die, and finally the third layer of fiber web is formed by the spunbond spinneret. These three layers of fiber mesh are bonded by a hot rolling machine to form raw materials SMMS nonwoven.

3.Post processing: After the composite is completed, white SMMS nonwoven materials still need to undergo post-processing, including cutting, winding and other processes, to finally form the finished product.
