The Absorbent Core Types in Diaper
Dec 30, 2024
Diapers mainly have the following SAP sheet raw materials types:
1.Fleece pulp core: A traditional core made by mixing fluff pulp and polymer absorbent resin. It has good drainage properties, can quickly absorb urine and lock it in through polymer materials, keeping the baby's skin dry. However, the fluff pulp core is prone to clumping and fracturing due to its loose structure and lack of adhesive fixation.
2.Composite core: composed of dust-free paper, non-woven fabric, and polymer absorbent resin, bonded between each layer of material with hot melt adhesive. This type of absorbent core baby diaper is not prone to clumping or breaking, and can maintain its original shape after absorbing water, making it lightweight and comfortable. Although the process is complex and costly, it has stronger absorption and locking power, providing better comfort and absorption efficiency.
3.Full core body: mainly composed of high polymer water absorbing resin, with fast absorption speed, less reverse osmosis, good breathability, but relatively hard.
4.Ultra thin absorbent core: Similar to a full core, but thinner and more lightweight.
