If the machine stops due to broken yarn caused by poor unwinding of spandex, it will directly affect the production efficiency and production cost of diapers. Finally, spandex for diapers should have good adhesion to substrates such as non-woven fabrics. In the production process of diapers, spandex is fixed to the base material by hot melt adhesive or other adhesives. If spandex cannot form a strong bond with the base material, it is very easy for the spandex to separate from the non-woven fabric during the use of the diaper, causing problems such as elastic failure and side leakage of the diaper.
