Breathable Film

The manufacturing process of dipaer breathable PE film back sheet involves adding inert fillers to polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) carriers, followed by film making and stretching processes to form thin films with microporous structures. These micropores allow water vapor to circulate between the two sides of the film, thereby regulating the humidity environment and achieving a breathable effect.
